modelling methodology
The core of our modelling work is based on ordinary differential equations (ODE's), where reactions are formulated with rate parameters and observables are relating to measureable data. These ODE systems in combination with uncertainty analysis and core predictions has carried our work forward and allowed it to grow and develop. We are still using our core concepts and continuing to work according to them, however, we have aldo adopt other types of methods. Down below we present the different method we are using in our modelling work, both our core concepts and other approches.
