I'm employed as a research engineer and the focus of my work is on developing the software ecosystem for the digital twin. The digital twin is a digital copy of a patient and consists of models of several organs that are connected to each other and adapted to the individual’s own data. The software ecosystem includes several (mobile) apps, backend infrastructure where the simulations take place and associated methodology.
