Systems biology teaching

Welcome to the integrative systems biology (ISB) group teaching repository!

Here we have gathered information regarding the different educational activities we are involved in. While most of the content corresponds to content used in courses given at Linköping university, the content should be open for the general public.

We have divided this repository based on the different steps that can be taken ranging from an introductory course, all the way up to doing a PhD project.

In the left sidebar you can find general things such as how to install relevant tools, and a list of all computer exercises we offer. However, we recommend that you progress through the levels listed in the top bar.
